Read the comparison correctly
- Match tenure, property type, floor range, size and sale period. Compare total price alongside price per square foot.
- Separate new sales, resales and subsales. A developer’s current asking price is not a completed transaction.
- URA’s public search covers the last 60 months. Older history requires a suitable historical data source; this page does not claim a complete archive since 2017.
- Resale and subsale records are based on caveats lodged. Caveats are not mandatory, so the record may not include every sale. New-sale records are based on developers’ Options to Purchase.
