Local prototype — fictional economy; not financial advice or market forecast; accounts and live official data not connected.
ONE DEVICE. DIFFERENT BEGINNINGS.
Your city. Your move.
Your property journey.
Take your place at the table. Roll through Singapore’s MRT stops, play from age 7 to 65 after your parent-managed opening years, and build a property journey shaped by your choices and circumstances.
Board rules, quarterly game, sources and limitations
New games have 80 MRT stops across four linked square-perimeter sections of 20 stops each. Older saves retain their original 146-stop, eight-section board. Decorative corners are route markers, not additional landing squares. Use the section arrows or station selector to explore; buying remains restricted to your actual landing. Every character is born on the same Singapore session date. The first seven years are simulated once under parental care; playable turns begin at age 7. New games use 12-month turns at ages 7–17, six-month turns at ages 18–24 and three-month turns from age 25, with one roll of two dice per player per turn, followed by exactly one Learning, one Property and one Money task, in any order. Each category has an explicit skip. The roll settles each covered month’s income, living costs and interest once; choosing tasks does not charge them again. There are 185 turns, 185 rolls and 555 category tasks per player to age 65. Newborn, baby-shower, birthday and festive gifts use automatic event dice, separately from the board roll. Gifts are funded from a finite fictional donor reserve and do not use tasks or move your piece. Station positions are shuffled by world seed. Living-cost inflation changes annually. Older saves retain their original pacing and collection records. New games have no card, stamp or toy trading.
- New games use 80 selected stops from the 146-station source catalogue based on the LTA map revision 21 July 2026. The selection is a game board, not a complete rail-network map. Interchanges count once. Station order is a schematic board-game route, not real rail routing. LRT and unopened future stations are excluded.
- Starter, middle and premium bands rank the fictional starting property examples, not actual MRT neighbourhood prices. Cash plus index holdings of $50,000 unlock middle; $200,000 plus an owned property unlock premium. Unlocking never overrides purchase eligibility. New games support explicit occupation, rental and sale choices with a sale settlement review. Older saves retain their original rules. Property category assignments, prices, rents, salaries, allowance and enterprise results are explicitly fictional configurable scenarios pending market calibration. No listing availability is implied.
- Guardians control all under-18 actions. School allowance starts at 7; supervised enterprise exercises at 13. Gift amounts are fictional household scenarios, not guaranteed income. Supervised childhood activities are guardian-managed simulations, not independent legal contracts. Festive gifts follow a computed Chinese lunar New Year month, once each calendar year; this is not an official public-holiday feed.
- Every salary is gross cash pay before employee CPF, with employer CPF separately credited. The frozen-2026 full-rate citizen/third-year PR CPF age bands and $8,000 ordinary wage ceiling inform the learning model. New games track OA, SA, MA and RA through the implemented account-allocation, interest and age-55 transition subset. Annual ceilings, low wages, bonuses and other eligibility exceptions require further coverage.
- HDB, condominium, landed, commercial and industrial opportunities are available in the scenario. Current policy integration is incomplete: purchase and sale controls must not be treated as actual eligibility or investment advice. Rental-income deductions/tax, business loss offsets, personal reliefs and comprehensive ownership rules are not yet implemented. BSD, ABSD and acquisition-date SSD apply to supported purchases/sales. Progressive tax accrues on simplified employment/business income, and non-owner-occupied property tax uses a clearly fictional Annual Value. HDB purchases remain unavailable until complete household/HFE/MOP checks exist. Financing is fictional, and GST, reliefs, rebates beyond coded cases, exceptions and many ownership/rental rules remain incomplete.
- Future property values and market changes are simulated, not government plans or forecasts. Income, education and market calibration remain review tasks. Every future month uses a declared scenario baseline.
- New games generate fictional annual relationship, children and pet events; they do not offer marriage or childbirth choice buttons. Older saves retain their original choices. Travel remains optional. A fictional partner is separate from other players. Event charges and partner contributions are recorded in the ledger; holidays have a disclosed one-off cost. Monthly spouse, childcare, schooling, healthcare, transport and optional insurance budgets are disclosed assumptions. Partner income is a fictional take-home contribution, not a second player payroll. Grants, eligibility, actual insurance cover or tax relief are not guaranteed. The prototype models up to three children; this is not a family-size policy.
- The fictional deposit is modelled as an approved-Singapore-bank-type deposit for interest-tax treatment; other interest is not assumed exempt. Scenario deposits accrue 1% annual interest monthly, credited on the next player turn. Scenario mortgages use 4% annual interest and a 300-month amortisation payment; principal, accrued interest, paid interest and unpaid interest are separate. Rates are assumptions, not bank offers. New games track CPF account interest and housing-use records. Eligible OA can be explicitly chosen at acquisition through a separate purchase action, preserving mandatory cash equity and cash duties. An eligible OA payment toward an owner-occupied home loan can also be queued. SA, MA and RA cannot fund housing; eligibility and lease/valuation assumptions remain limited.
- Age 65 is the game endpoint, not a claim of automatic retirement or CPF release. Scoring at 65 counts cash, CPF learning balance, index units, property, financial-product net exit values and nominal rent receivables less debt, bills and rent arrears. Family reserves and insurance coverage are excluded; transfers are never double counted. Landing rent is a game mechanic, not a real tenancy.
Original cartoon board, invented nicknames, local save only. No account, analytics or network feed. Local storage is unencrypted. Keep valid saves; v0.3 saves remain untouched and cannot be migrated automatically. A full six-player session contains 1,110 player-turns, 1,110 two-dice rolls and 3,330 category tasks. Older saves retain their original rules.
