Reported sales outcome

CDL reported 315 sales from 450 released homes by 5pm on 25 March 2018. The full project had 861 homes, and its early-bird average selling price was S$1,310 psf.

Launch-period prices

Home type Historical advertised starting price
One-bedroom S$596,000
Two-bedroom S$796,000
Three-bedroom S$1.15 million
Four-bedroom S$1.65 million
Five-bedroom dual-key with study S$2.1 million

Reading the result

The release achieved 70% take-up, while the sales count represented about 36.6% of total project stock. Both measures are useful: one describes response to the offering and the other the remaining development-wide sales task.

An illustrative 1,000 sq ft home at the average rate implies S$1.31 million. This is a calculation, not a verified unit quote. Average pricing reflects the homes sold, which can differ from the type or floor a particular buyer wants.

Dual-key layouts should be assessed through the usable spaces and independent circulation, rather than the label alone. Historical early-bird prices also should not be treated as current resale entry figures. The later completion review records actual TOP evidence separately.
