CDL and MCL Land announced previews from 23 April 2022 and bookings from 7 May for the 407-home Piccadilly Grand. Three 23-storey towers were planned above Piccadilly Galleria, with a direct link to Farrer Park MRT station.

These are the announced starting figures for the stated types, not a complete unit price list. Floor, stack, layout and release phase can change the actual purchase quantum. They are historical prices, not current offers.
How to assess the proposition
The advertised two-bedroom entry adds S$290,000 to the one-bedroom figure. The next step to a three-bedroom adds S$440,000. These differences help define a search budget but do not price the extra room in isolation.
A direct station link can be attractive to a household that travels frequently. Check the actual apartment-to-platform route and compare the internal layout with alternatives at the same purchase quantum. Convenience should be valued through the household’s routine.
A dual-key home deserves a separate layout review. The two sections may support different family arrangements, but usable space, privacy and permitted use need their own checks. Avoid forecasting rental income solely from the dual-key label. The subsequent launch article records buyer take-up and the achieved average price.
