Reading the result

The exact take-up fraction is approximately 72.8%. It records opening demand, not the date every unit was sold. Later developer reports should be used to establish that milestone.

The payment-scheme uplift is separate from the headline average. As an illustration, applying 3% to a hypothetical S$1.5 million base adds S$45,000. A buyer would still need the actual offered unit, scheme terms and financing calculation; the example is not a quotation.

In a new town, compare the occupancy timeline with the delivery of transport and everyday services. For an EC enquiry, establish household eligibility under the applicable rules before evaluating an advertised quantum. Past launch incentives should not be assumed to apply to present-day purchases.
