The original preview announcement
Far East Organization and Sekisui House announced the 341-home Hillhaven launch in the Hillview enclave. Public previews ran from 6–16 January 2024, with bookings on 20 January. The project has two towers of 27 and 28 storeys, with two- to four-bedroom homes.

These are the announced starting figures for the stated types, not a complete unit price list. Floor, stack, layout and release phase can change the actual purchase quantum. They are historical prices, not current offers.
How to assess the proposition
The smallest advertised purchase quantum is the relevant starting point for a budget, while the entry psf is a separate pricing measure. Do not assume the cheapest quantum and the lowest psf necessarily refer to the same apartment without checking the original schedule.
For a two-bedroom household, two bathrooms may support different morning routines or occasional guests. Test the room sizes and furniture arrangement as carefully as the facility list. The value of a larger common area depends on how frequently it will be used.
The Hillview proposition should be assessed through an actual travel route and the apartment’s outlook. A general neighbourhood description cannot establish the noise or view from a specific stack. Historical launch pricing is useful for understanding the development’s original positioning; a completed resale enquiry requires current transactions and an inspection.
