Hong Leong announced appointment-only previews from 12 September 2020 for Penrose at Sims Drive in District 14. The 99-year development comprises 566 homes in five 18-storey towers, with one- to four-bedroom configurations.

How to assess the proposition
The early-bird two-bedroom entry quantum exceeds the one-bedroom figure by S$155,000. The three-bedroom entry adds S$387,000 to the two-bedroom figure. These increments help a household frame its search; the floor areas and layouts must still be compared.
Appointment-only viewings belong to the launch conditions of 2020. They are not present-day visiting instructions. A historical archive should preserve how the original release was organised while leaving current appointments and availability to a fresh check.
For a city-fringe home, test both the commute and the space inside the apartment. The lowest advertised quantum may fit a different household from a larger family home.
