Skye at Holland: preview dates, launch pricing and what buyers should compare

Historical archive · 2025-09-25. Prepared retrospectively on 3 October 2026. Date basis: Original dated release/report. Historical prices are not current quotations.

The original preview announcement

The joint developers announced previews from 26 September 2025 and sales bookings from 11 October. Skye at Holland has 666 homes in two 40-storey towers, with a 99-year lease commencing on 19 August 2024. The original release expected TOP in 2029; that was a forecast, not a completion certificate.

Published preview prices

Home type Historical advertised starting price
Two-bedroom, 581 sq ft S$1.51 million
Three-bedroom, 915 sq ft S$2.40 million
Four-bedroom with private lift, 1,238 sq ft S$3.34 million

These are the announced starting figures for the stated types, not a complete unit price list. Floor, stack, layout and release phase can change the actual purchase quantum. They are historical prices, not current offers.

How to assess the proposition

The advertised three-bedroom entry quantum exceeds the two-bedroom figure by S$890,000. The four-bedroom figure adds another S$940,000. These differences are useful for setting a family budget before selecting a preferred stack; they do not isolate the value of an additional bedroom because the floor areas and specifications also differ.

A private lift changes the arrival experience, while a larger apartment changes how a household can use the home. Compare the internal circulation and furnishing plan with the extra quantum. A study or occasional guest room should be assessed against actual household use rather than the bedroom label alone.

For a historical comparison, keep the original entry prices separate from achieved launch averages and later resale transactions. A present-day enquiry also needs a fresh availability check. The separate sales report records what was bought at launch.
