Reported sales outcome
CDL’s 8 November 2018 business update reported 160 homes sold on Whistler Grand’s first weekend after its 3 November launch. The initial release comprised 240 homes out of the project’s 716 residential units.
Reading the result
The count equals 66.7% of the initial release and 22.3% of all residential stock. Both figures belong with the opening result. They should not be confused with the later sold-out milestone or the two additional retail units.
The preview’s advertised average was a positioning figure, while a subsequent achieved sales average would describe the actual transactions. This dated update supplies the opening sales count; it does not provide a verified new achieved average for the first weekend.
For a present-day buyer, use the historical result to understand the launch sequence and current transactions to evaluate price. Two apartments in the same development can differ in renovation needs, floor and outlook. Compare those attributes at the total budget the household can sustain. The completed-project review elsewhere in the archive records the developer’s April 2022 TOP evidence separately.
