Reported sales outcome
Hillhaven’s developers reported 59 homes sold on launch day. The first phase offered 179 homes out of the project’s 341. The sales release reported starting prices from S$1,903 psf, with two-bedroom homes from S$1.36 million, three-bedroom from S$1.83 million and four-bedroom from S$2.44 million.
Reading the result
The same 59 sales equal about 33.0% of the first release and 17.3% of the entire project. Stating both figures avoids describing opening progress solely through the smaller denominator.
The sales release’s entry figures differ slightly from the earlier preview announcement. Preserve the dated quotations rather than rewrite the preview as if the later figures had already been announced. Price revisions, particular unit selection or reporting conventions can affect a headline starting figure; these releases do not establish the explanation for the difference.
The reported three-bedroom entry adds S$470,000 to the two-bedroom starting quantum; the four-bedroom figure adds S$610,000 to the three-bedroom figure. These are useful budget comparisons, not a valuation of one extra room. Buyers should compare usable space, desired floor and the full purchase cost. Later sold-out status is recorded separately from the first-day result.
