The original preview announcement
CDL announced EC e-applications from 12–22 January 2024 and bookings from 27 January for Lumina Grand at Bukit Batok West. The 512-home development comprises ten blocks of 12–13 storeys. The original release distinguished existing Bukit Gombak MRT from upcoming Jurong Region Line stations.

How to assess the proposition
The premium three-bedroom entry added S$50,000 to the ordinary three-bedroom figure. Compare the specific layouts and areas before interpreting that amount as the price of an upgrade. The four-bedroom entry was S$240,000 above the premium three-bedroom figure.
An EC search begins with eligibility under the rules applicable to the household’s application. This historical release is not a current eligibility assessment. The relevant grant and financing position also need to be established separately from the advertised starting quantum.
For a family considering the west, compare the commute and daily services usable during the intended period of occupation. Future rail stations should be described within their delivery timeline. A long-term transformation story can inform a holding decision, but does not resolve an immediate travel requirement.
